Research and development is enterprise's core competence. Provincial-level research and development center was set up with a R&D team aiming at independent research and development and technical innovation. The R&D department is a professional and dynamic team consisting of engineers, technicians and processors. In recent years, many scientific research programs have been completed with capping valve, tilting disc solids feeding control valve developed and 22 patents registered,marking Linuo as an master of core technology of R &D of products of ball valve, butterfly valve,knife gate valve and globe control valve with its own intellectual properties. Including tilting solids feeding control valve, there are total 5 key new production development of wide application and marketing values in chemical and bio-pharmacy segments in China.

The manufacturing center is a core sector integrating production planning, material arrangement and manufacturing. Management mode of lean production is adopted to aim at producing control valve of highest stability and precision on the base of informationized data system ERP and MES.Through scientific rationalization of production planning system and quality management system, it directly controls accounting, materials of warehouse and workshop manufacture schedule, directly reflecting processing capacity, production anomality, production status, with which optimization of production flow, delicacy management at production site with high production efficiency and reliable quality and delivery time is realized.
